SANTHE CELEBRATES SCIENTIFIC LEADER’S APPOINTMENT AT OXFORD

SANTHE is proud to celebrate 2025 Scientific Leaders Programme member Charles Agoti’s recent appointment as Associate Professor at the University of Oxford, UK.

This appointment acknowledges Agoti’s outstanding research achievements and his significant contribution to academic excellence within the Nuffield Department of Medicine.

Agoti is a principal investigator at the KEMRI-Wellcome Trust Research Programme (KWTRP), where his work continues to contribute to infectious disease research and public health across Africa. His achievement reflects the growing impact of African-led scientific research and collaborative research partnerships on the continent.

We look forward to Agoti’s continued contributions to research, mentorship, and scientific excellence across the continent.
